Talented Sourcing Assistant
Import candidates from job boards into Talented without copying resumes, contact details, notes, or screening answers by hand.

Install and connect
Use the Web Store version for normal installs. The ZIP is only for internal testing or support-guided troubleshooting.

Install from the Chrome Web Store
Open the listing and add Talented Sourcing Assistant to Chrome.

Pin it to your toolbar
Click the puzzle-piece icon in Chrome and pin Talented so the side panel is one click away.

Sign in to Talented
Open the extension, sign in, then choose the company and job you want imported candidates attached to.
Import workflow
The extension imports into the job you select in Talented, so confirm the target before starting a bulk run.
Open a source
Go to Indeed, LinkedIn, CareerPlug, or Hireology while signed in to that platform.
Choose the target job
Use the Talented side panel to confirm the company and job before importing.
Import candidates
Import a single profile or use bulk import on supported candidate lists.
Review in Talented
Imported resumes, contact details, notes, duplicate checks, and supported screening answers appear on the candidate/application record.
Manual ZIP install
For internal testing, download the ZIP, extract it, open chrome://extensions, enable Developer mode, and choose Load unpacked. Select the extracted folder.
