Download and extract the ZIP file
Extract the downloaded file to a folder on your computer (e.g., Desktop or Documents).

Open Chrome Extensions page
Navigate to chrome://extensions in your browser or go to Menu → More Tools → Extensions.

Enable Developer Mode
Toggle the “Developer mode” switch in the top-right corner of the Extensions page.

Load the extension
Click “Load unpacked” and select the extracted folder containing the extension files.

Pin the extension
Click the puzzle piece icon in Chrome's toolbar and pin the Talented extension for easy access.
